1/5Keurig K-Mini Single Serve Coffee Maker
The K-Mini is the coffee maker we would put on a dorm desk without a second thought. We measured its base at just under 5 inches wide, so it slides beside a monitor with room to spare, and the auto shut-off kicked in 90 seconds after the last brew during testing. A single cup poured in about 2 minutes, and cleanup is nothing more than tossing the pod and rinsing the drip tray.
Pros
- Measured under 5 inches wide on our desk
- Auto shut-off triggers 90 seconds after brew
- Brews a cup in about 2 minutes
- Cord storage keeps the desk tidy
Cons
- Single-cup reservoir means refilling each time
- K-Cup pods cost more per cup than ground coffee
